Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase at Trendy. However, if unfortunately you’re not completely satisfied or change mind, you may return your item under the following conditions:

Returns & Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the proof of purchase.

Defective or incorrect item:
• With provided defective or incorrect item details, we will provide return instruction and cover return shipping cost. Just let us know.

Changed your mind
•  If you’ve changed your mind, simply contact us to initiate the return process. Please note that in this case, the return shipping cost to our U.S. return address will be your responsibility. 

Return Process
1. Contact our customer support at support@trendy-ty-fashion.com to initiate a return.
2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping cost if any). It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to make it visible.

Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
