Q: When will my order process and ship?

We accept orders 24/7 online  and will process your order within 2 business days. You may expect an immediate email order confirmation once order placed. A separate notification will also be sent to let you know your order is on the way!

Q: How long does shipping take? 
A: Our free standard shipping time are as follows: 

 From U.S. warehouse to U.S.  4-7 business days
 From overseas warehouse to U.S., Canada & U.K.   7-10 business days

Q: Do you charge shipping cost separately?

No, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, Canada and the U.K. No separate shipping cost will be charged at checkout.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return cost.

Q: How do I start a return?

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to process it.

Q: What items can’t be returned?
A: Final sale, personalized items, or anything worn, used, or damaged can’t be returned.
